When we work on a partner’s customer data (for example reviews, survey answers or chat transcripts), we act as a processor on the partner’s behalf and follow their instructions under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). We use only the data a task needs.
We share data only where needed: with service providers such as email and hosting providers, airlines and resorts (for reviewer trips), and our accountants and authorities where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the EU; in that case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enquiries that don’t lead to cooperation: up to 2 years. Job and trip applications: up to 12 months after the selection ends, unless you agree to a longer period. Contract and accounting records: for the periods required by Czech law.
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use your rights, email info@silverspoonlab.com.
You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
We use AI tools to support our work. Outputs are reviewed by a person, and we don’t make decisions about people based solely on automated processing.
